The food is awesome and so are the people running it. Sardarji has given his heart and soul to this place and it shows. We were scouting for a true Indian run restaurant and finally found it. The flavours were just like home and as vegetarians we got good menu options including food without onion and garlic. Initially we thought that this place was at one end of Interlaken and that it might be quite a walk but I was wrong, in reality the place is walkable from any part of Interlaken. You'll have a good time.

Its really nice to see this place…if you are from India and missing Indian taste(specially punjabi) this is your place!! We enjoyed Tandoori Roti with dal makhani and their pickle and chutney along with jeera rice!!!
First Indian restaurant in Interlaken! Owned and run by Punjabi family who are very nice and welcoming. Food was good. Sweet lassi was better than most I’ve had. Cozy restaurant with a beautiful view outside. Spoke with other Indians who frequent Interlaken Indian restaurants and all agreed this is the best one in town now.
We visited this place with our baby. Sardar ji and his family were very helpful . We have visited many Indian restaurants in Europe, and thought it would be the same, no authentic taste. But I was quite surprised with the taste. Food was great. We asked them to make non spicy for my baby . Must visit.
Delicious and authentic Indian food in the heart of Interlaken ( unexpected in Switzerland ). Seems like a family run restaurant with the owner who serves tables too. The butter naan, lamb curry and chicken masala was all delicious- as well as the Cucumber and yoghurt Raita. Similarly priced to other types of restaurants in Interlaken, however the ambience isn’t great with dirty table clothes and fluorescent lighting. Great food though.
